Martin Hoyer is a Senior Partner in the Corporate Performance and Energy & Chemicals practice in Hamburg. He has been with the firm since 2007 and specializes in Energy and Digitalization. He supports companies in making comprehensive improvements to their processes and in optimizing their business models.
Martin has more than ten years' experience in strategy development, business planning, restructuring, and implementing new structures. An expert in generating new business models and strategic options, he knows how to realize transformation processes regarding long-term business planning and re-engineering business procedures.
Martin studied at the University of Cologne and holds a Master's Degree in Economics.
